We, the Vaad Hakashrus D'kahal Dhengah, have viewed the shechita at AgriProcessors and many of the Rabbanim and Shochtim are personally known to us. Despite the claims of ignorant people that are not familiar with Shechita, there is nothing in the video that indicates any violation of Halacha WHATSOEVER. This attack on Shechita should be viewed as what it is, an attack by a radical group with a manmade value system on the foundations Yiddishkeit. A longer letter on this issue will be forthcoming shortly. Anyone having specific questions can come into our office to discuss it
