As a result of the efforts of the Rebbe Shlita, along with the Kashauver Rebbe Shlita and other Admorim, Rabbanim, and Askanim, the New York City Department of Health dropped their case against Rav Yitzchok Aaron Fisher Shlita, on Wednesday the 14 of September 2005.
